Sign in and add credit to your BrewThanks wallet using a card via Stripe. Choose from preset amounts — funds sit in your wallet until you send them.
Send a gift link
Pick an amount (£5, £10, £15), add an optional personal message, and enter the recipient's email. BrewThanks debits your wallet and emails the recipient a claim link.
Recipient claims
Your colleague opens the link, selects their country, and chooses a brand — Costa, Starbucks, Amazon Gift Card, Visa Digital, and more depending on their region.
Voucher delivered by email
A digital voucher is sent to the recipient's email instantly. No account required. No home address needed — everything is digital.
Coffee Drops ☕ (shared pots)
Coffee Drops let you fund a shared pot that multiple people can claim from — great for celebrating a team win or thanking everyone after a big launch.
Create a Drop
Choose a total amount (£25, £50, £100). The pot is split into individual coffee-sized claims. BrewThanks debits your wallet and gives you a shareable link.
Share the link
Post it in Slack, email, or anywhere else. First come, first served — each person can claim once.
Each claimant gets their voucher
Just like a regular gift: enter email, pick country and brand, receive digital voucher by email. The pot closes when all claims are taken.
Frequently asked questions
Does the recipient need an account?
No. Recipients just open the link in their email and claim their reward — no sign-up required.
What brands are available?
Available brands vary by country. UK recipients can choose from Costa, Starbucks, Amazon, and Visa Digital. US, IE, CA, and AU recipients get a tailored selection.
What if a claim link expires or goes wrong?
Links don't expire automatically. If something goes wrong, contact us and we'll sort it out.
What happens to unused wallet credit?
It stays in your wallet until you send it. See our refund policy if you want it returned.
