Refund Policy

We're a small team and we want to be fair. Here's how refunds work on BrewThanks.
Wallet top-ups
If you topped up your wallet and haven't used the funds, you can request a refund within 14 days of the transaction by emailing admin@brewthanks.com with your account email and the approximate top-up date. We process refunds manually and will return the unused balance to your original payment method, minus any funds already spent on gifts or drops.
Unused wallet balance
If you close your account and have a remaining wallet balance, contact us and we will arrange a refund for the unused amount.
Delivered rewards
Once a reward voucher has been issued and sent to a recipient, it is subject to the redemption terms of the underlying brand or voucher provider. BrewThanks cannot guarantee a refund for delivered vouchers that have been redeemed or activated.
If a voucher was issued but not received by the recipient (e.g. due to an email delivery issue), contact us and we'll investigate and do our best to help.
Gift links not yet claimed
If you sent a gift and the recipient has not yet claimed it, the funds remain reserved in the system. Contact us and we can cancel the gift and restore the balance to your wallet.
