Terms of Service

1. What BrewThanks provides

BrewThanks is a digital gifting platform that allows users to send small digital coffee, tea, and snack rewards to others via email claim links. Recipients receive digital vouchers redeemable with third-party brands. BrewThanks does not sell physical goods.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make payments on BrewThanks. By using the service you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use BrewThanks to:

  • Commit fraud or abuse the payment or reward system
  • Attempt to generate rewards without legitimate wallet funding
  • Harass, spam, or send unsolicited gift links to others
  • Circumvent rate limits, security measures, or access controls
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

4. Payments

All payments are processed by Stripe. By making a payment you also agree to Stripe's terms of service. Wallet funds are non-transferable between accounts and have no cash value outside of the BrewThanks platform.

5. Rewards and third-party providers

Digital rewards are delivered via third-party voucher providers. BrewThanks is not responsible for the availability, redemption terms, or expiry policies of those providers. Once a voucher has been issued to a recipient, it is subject to the terms of the underlying brand or provider.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BrewThanks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including loss of wallet funds due to account suspension for terms violations, or issues with third-party reward providers.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of BrewThanks after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
